				Song Wen lawyer is partner lawyer of King-Capital Dalian branch. She is a deputy director of construction and real estate specialized committee of Dalian lawyers association. Also, she is a member of the civil specialized committee of Dalian Lawyers Association and as a part-time arbitrator of Dalian Jinzhou District Labor Dispute Arbitration Institute and as Dalian City hundred lawyers legal services group member of Coastal Economic Zone. She went on to earn a bachelor of international economic law from Dalian Maritime University and a master degree of civil and commercial Law from China University of Political science and Law, in addition, she went to York University to study criminal defense in 2015. 

Mrs. Song is a professional lawyer who has practiced in 2006. Hers working languages are English and Mandarin. She advises clients on a range of issues involving investment foreign investment legal affairs, labor and legal affairs, tax and financial and legal affairs, private legal affairs, criminal cases of legal affairs and served as legal consultant, etc. Especially she has relatively rich litigation and non-litigation experience in the area of foreign legal affairs. Besides hers non-litigation work, Mrs. Song has also successfully acted for clients in many commercial litigations and arbitrations. She has many areas of practical experience, good at comprehensive tax law and other aspects of professional knowledge, to provide legal advice for most professional and practical tailor-made for customers. Many Chinese companies and foreign trading companies have hired Mrs. Song as their legal counsel in China to assist the business here.
